    - Communicate with the technical team during the development of the project and the final validation.

    - Creating and editing customer documents such as functional specifications for customers, high level technical specifications for developers, UAT testing plan

    - Adherence to programming and testing standards, accuracy and creativity in finding efficient solutions to given requirements

    - Taking ownership for the quality of the projects, managing the quality control test team and validating the delivery of the project

    - Communice with customer including kick-off meeting, specifications validation, follow-up meetings during projects, UAT validation and support.

    Job Requirements

    - Min. 3 years experience in Object Oriented Programming

    - Experience in managing a team
