    Job Responsibilities: 

    •Responsible for managing all operations within the country. This involves taking responsibility for revenue, profit and cash.

    •Prepare annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan and to set up monthly, quarterly or annual targets for sales, profits and cash.

    •To produce business performance reports, on a monthly and quarterly basis.

    •To recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training.

    •Initiate brand building efforts within the allowable budgetary parameter to elevate brand recognition and acceptance in the country

    •Plan and execute all activities related to sales and marketing pertaining to outlets, roadshows and events
