Content Producer
Role & responsibilities:

Company Overview Internationally known Home Furnishing Retailer Job Description To establish the company brand as the preferred choice in home furnishing products and solutions that create a better everyday life for the many people, thereby reaching business objectives. • Leads and implement marketing and communication strategy; • Communication content selection, creation and optimization; • Contribute to the development of the country media strategy; • Manage a team of 7+ • stimulating home furnishing interest in each local market ; • securing a strong brand and competitive position in each local market; • driving traffic to the IKEA store, IKEA website and digital touch-points by attracting new and more visitors to visit more often, and build loyalty throughout their life stages; • Be a strong contributor to the country marketing team; • Lead the marketing communication team, the process of communication content creation, management (integration/dissemination) and optimization and ensure conditions of performance readiness (tool, methods, capabilities) to fulfill the purpose of the function; •This role contributes to create desire for the company brand and demand for the offer and leverage multi channel customer experience and customer lifetime value through a coherent and unmistakable brand identity and compelling, meaningful and relevant communication which is forward-looking, innovative and inspires both business and people.
