    Quản lý 5 nhân viên 

    Thuộc phòng Hành Chính Nhân Sự / Nhóm gồm 6 người.

    Công việc chính:

    Quản lý; phân công công việc; đánh giá các thành viên nhóm HR

    Tìm nguồn ứng viên nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu tuyển dụng của các bộ phận đúng tiến độ

    Hỗ trợ và kiểm soát việc thực hiện đánh giá hiệu quả công việc của các bộ phận

    Tham gia xây dựng hệ thống tiền lương, thưởng và các đãi ngộ khác cho toàn công ty. Đề xuất các chính sách tiền lương, tổ chức và kiểm soát hoạt động tính lương, thanh toán tiền lương trong toàn công ty

    Đề xuất các chính sách khen thưởng, kỷ luật, nội quy lao động, quy chế nhân sự hợp lý nhằm thu hút và phát triển nguồn lực cho Công ty.

    Xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo định kỳ cho toàn công ty, hỗ trợ việc triển khai đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu quả công tác đào tạo

    Tổ chức quản lý hồ sơ lao động, hồ sơ bảo hiểm, thực hiện công tác báo cáo nhân sự, lao động, thanh toán bảo hiểm cho người lao động theo quy định của pháp luật.

    Tổ chức và phân công công việc cho nhân viên nhóm HR hợp lý, đáp ứng các yêu cầu công việc theo chức năng, nhiệm vụ của nhóm

    Nắm rõ và luôn cập nhật các chính sách của Nhà nước ban hành liên quan đến chế độ cho người lao động. 

    Tìm hiểu tâm tư nguyện vọng của người lao động nhằm đề xuất những chính sách phù hợp 

     Báo cáo tình hình nhân sự, tuyển dụng định kỳ hàng ngày, tuần , tháng 

    Giải quyết các phát sinh liên quan đến người lao động

    Qualification

    • This roles requires high level understanding of marketing and PR activities so that the candidate can be immediately become effective in marketing/PR function. Self-starters and team working skills are desirable and will be highly appreciated for those who join the organization.
