Job Responsibilities :

- Deliver the best quality product to our customer within a pre-agreed time frame. For any issues/delays etc. the project manager will be the first person the customer will talk to, and he/she should be the first person to call the customer and explain the project. 

- Being a guide for the customer, understanding their wishes and requirements, finding technical solutions or proposing alternative solutions while always ensuring that the result is in the best interest of both the customer and us.

- Experienced in programming and not afraid to look into the source code and debug with the developers when it is needed. 

- Experience with e-commerce solutions (especially Magento, Demandware or Hybris) would be a plus.

- Understand the technical implication project requirements, be able to estimate a rough time frame and propose an implementation solution to the customer. 

- Analyze and separate a project independently into smaller steps and milestones which then need to be assigned and followed upon with his team.

- Managing full e-commerce projects from business requirements to roll-out and validation by the customer

- Communicate with the technical team during the development of the project and the final validation.

- Creating and editing customer documents such as functional specifications for customers, high level technical specifications for developers, UAT testing plan

- Adherence to programming and testing standards, accuracy and creativity in finding efficient solutions to given requirements

- Taking ownership for the quality of the projects, managing the quality control test team and validating the delivery of the project

- Communice with customer including kick-off meeting, specifications validation, follow-up meetings during projects, UAT validation and support.

Job Requirements

- Min. 3 years experience in Object Oriented Programming

- Experience in managing a team

- Experienced in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Ajax and MySQL 

- Strict dedication to delivering projects within deadlines while adhering to established quality and documentation standards

- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
