<Job Responsibilities>
- Input into core systems such as orders, orders, receiving, shipping, etc., recording sales, purchases, etc.
- Coordination of delivery dates with customers
- Preparation of documents such as quotations for business relationships, returns, etc.
- Incoming and outgoing communication with logistics warehouses, transportation communication with logistics companies, etc.
- Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 2 years of work experience of related duties as a shipping clerk/customer support in electronic devices /semiconductors industry. (preferably in Japanese companies)
・Native Cantonese speaker and business level of English and Mandarin
・Stable person and good communication skills to coordinate with other parties.
・Experienced in Japanese companies or willing to adapt to Japanese company's working culture.
