【業務内容】 自社ブランド、および新商品のマーケティングリサーチから企画・開発・資材手配等、 商品のアイディア出しからお客様に納品するまでの全ての業務を担っている部署で、 事業拡大のためアシスタントマネージャーを募集しています。 スキンケアに限らずとも、商品企画、または仕入れ、バイヤー経験がある方歓迎。 ◆商品仕入れ（選定、メーカー交渉）・開発に関する業務全般 ◆社内外関連部署（商品部に関わる部署／資材サプライヤー／製造委託先）との折衝 ◆チームマネージメントサポート ◆その他関連業務 【Duties】 From marketing research of our own brand and new products, to planning, development, material arrangement, etc. The department is responsible for all operations from product idea to delivery to customer. We are looking for an assistant manager to expand our business. Not limited to skin care, those who have experience in product planning, purchasing, and buyer are welcome. ◆General operations related to product procurement (selection, manufacturer negotiation) and development ◆Negotiations with internal and external related departments (departments related to product departments, material suppliers, manufacturing contractors) ◆Team Management Support ◆Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
Requirements: ・Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience especially in the skincare/ personal care industry is highly advantage ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ・Independent and good problem-solving skills ・Preferably worked in cross-functional organization structure ・Native or Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese (N1), ・Business level of English ※Candidate Information may share with group companies
