Job Description
- Define brand strategies to grow assigned brands in long-term according to company directions & policy, and local market needs
- Develop marketing/launch plans in terms of Targeting, Positioning & 4P's strategies for new and current brands & products, then prepare presentation materials for approval accordingly
- Communicate with headquarter for information gathering, development progress and reporting regularly
- Monitor & ensure effective management of marketing expenses and schedules, including product launches, renewals, ATL & BTL activities, etc.
- Refine strategies & directions from time to time to ensure sustainable growth
- Estimate order & sales forecast with Sales team & SCM team for new products
- Monitor working performance of Marketing Executives and manage staff coordination

- 新規や既存のブランド・製品に対するターゲティング、ポジショニングおよび4P戦略/ プレゼンテーション作成など、新規事業の企画立案
- 本社との定期的なコミュニケーション
- マーケティングの予算・進捗管理、ATL、BTLなどを駆使したプロモーション施策
- 発注数や売上予測(セールスチームやSCMチームと協同)
【Must Requirements】
- Degree holder or related academic backgrounds in Marketing
- Minimum 3 years marketing working experience in FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and logically thinking
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, proactive with good sense of responsibility and time management
- Good team player, also able to work independently and under stress
- Native Japanese or fluent Japanese language speaker with good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- 大卒以上
- FMCG(日用消費財)業界でのマーケティング経験 3年以上
- MS Office, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPointの使用経験がある方
- データ処理等、数字を扱う事が得意な方
- マーケティングポジションとして鋭い分析力と論理的思考力が求められます
- 香港で就労可能なビザをお持ちの方
