Job Description
Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team -
Duties
- •Answer and handle customer enquiries timely and tactfully;
- •Communicate with Japanese headquarters for parts repair;
- •Produce and maintenance of call rate report;
- •Assist in maintenance of parts record;
- •Assist in handling stocktake;
- •Assist in quotation;
- •Develop and maintain a filing system;
- •Translation of Japanese and English document;
- •Other work assigned by Manager;
Requirements
- •Diploma or above in engineering
- •Five years or above experience gained from customer services in maintenance department is preferred
- •Fluent in speaking Japanese is a must and English, Putonghua.
- •Knowledge in using MS Office such as Excel, Power point and words.
- •Experience of working in maintenance department is preferred;
- •Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills is required.
