<Job Responsibility> ・Adjustment of own shares (including issuance of new shares) ・Development and implementation of various measures ・Reports to the management department ・Other related operations ・自社株の調整（新株発行も含み） ・各種施策の策定・遂行 ・管理部門各方面への報告 ・その他関連する業務
Job Requirement
<Must Requirements> 【HK】 ・3-5 years experience of person who are familiar with antitrust law/stock exchange in Hong Kong and who have close experience ・Experience in trading stocks in listed companies ・Business level in Japanese （N1 level or above） （Able to use write report etc..） ・Stable, responsible and team player 【JP】 ・３－５年以上，香港における独占禁止法/証券取引方等に詳しい方また近しいご経験のある方 ・上場企業における自社株の取引経験のある方 ・ビジネスレベル：英語 （社内公用語は基本日本語ですが、必要に応じて使用する事あり） ・責任感があり、安定的にチームのために働ける方
