Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese fashion retail is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team -
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage all marketing strategies, advertising and promotional activities to generate business leads and building the brand
- Identify market trend and drive strategic cooperative opportunities with relevant external stakeholders
- Analysis of market research to determine business opportunities and provide strategic direction
- Expand and develop marketing platforms
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- Work closely with vendors and internal digital team to drive the digital strategies
- Analyse and report on return on investment and key performance metrics of marketing programs
- Collaborate with sales & operation functions to drive the group business and monitor industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent;
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin in both written and oral; JLPT level 2 or above;
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Marketing managing business center, commercial property and/or shopping mall;
- Team leader with good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge in customer and market research;
- High initiative and willing to learn;
- Strong multi-tasking ability and attentive to details.
