Job duties
All round accounting, admin and secretary job (Back Office job)
Accounting part: 50%、HR part: 25%、GA part: 25%
● Accounting work includes
1、invoice issue;invoice check;Payment List renewal;
2、Account Receivable ,Journal entry;
3、Corporate credit card control;General Cashier ;
4、Expenses reimbursemen;payroll
5、Monthly closing;Year-end financial statements
● HR part
1,Interview candidiates,on board and offboading;
2,Attendance control
3,Visa renewal for Overseas employees
● GA
1,Office supplies replenishment.
2,Contracts management
3,Requests from Japanese CEO
● Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- 3 years or above of accounting and 1 year or above of admin experience
- Proficient in business-level written and spoken Japanese, English (primarily in Cantonese, Mandarin will be a bonus)
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills, able to multi-tasks
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Being able to keep confidentialities and very good time management skill
