Japanese Speaking Sales Assistant / セールスアシスタント(CS team)

Job Description

< Job Responsibility >
-Support Sales team 
-Responses from contacted customers(Mainly Japanese customers)
-Coordination of logistics arrangements 
(Issue of invoice/arrangement of contracted customers, etc.)
-Communicate with the sales department and the coordination department
(Need to communicate with other overseas offices)
-Ad- hoc duties

- 営業部のサポート業務
-日系のお客様の窓口対応（電話及びE-mailにて）
-物流手配のコーディネート（インボイス発行/シッピング手配等）
-営業部とコーディネート部の橋渡し役
（その他の海外拠点の方とのコミュニケーションも必要）
-その他関連する業務等

◎シニアレベルのメンバーの方が多いため、未経験でもトレーニング制度あるため、安心して働けます。

Job Requirement

◎HK
- Fresh graduate Welcome
- Japanese :Business level
( N1 must /Able to use writing & speaking )
-English:conversation level
(Communicate with other overseas offices )
- Bachelor or above
- Not necessary to have industry experience 
- A positive person who wants to study
- Stable & Humble

◎JP
-英語：日常会話レベル（海外の他拠点の方とのコミュニケーションで使用）
-広東語：日常会話レベル（社内スタッフとのコミュニケーションで使用）
-大卒以上
-業界未経験でも学ぶ意欲があれば応募可能
-長期的に働ける方&謙虚な方
-香港で就労可能なビザをお持ちの方
