Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Assist in daily sales & marketing operations. - Work closely with internal or external teams to manage and optimize marketing and advertising activities to meet various KPI. - Assist in performance analysis, understand the insights, provide recommendations to the team. - Implement digital marketing strategies for the brand, support the maintenance of official website & social media platforms, coordination with creative and assist in content creation. - Support advertising and marketing collateral execution, follow up on design and production process and schedule. - Support CRM management and EDM creation - Assist in translation of product guide / website material - Responsible for ad hoc assignments as required - Work scope not limited to branding, digital marketing, promotion - Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications related disciplines. - 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing/ digital marketing (in luxury retail industry is preferred). - Business level of Japanese (N2 or above / relevant working experience using Japanese) - Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese - Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Experience in e-commerce, cross-channel marketing campaigns including websites, SEO and social media communities - Knowledge and experience in Facebook advertising, Google Analytics, SEO and SEM, Google Tag Manager etc. - Experience in project management - Passionate, creative, independent with strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills - Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive team player <Advantage> - Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator - Experience in e-commerce, CRM - Experience in copywriting - Experience in Fashion & Apparel, Luxury retail industry
