Assistant Marketing Manager /Marketing officer
Responsibilities
•Brand development using digital platforms and other marketing activities.
•Contribute to the efficient sourcing of candidates and distribution to each consultant, to ensure smooth operation.
•Marketing initiatives planning, development, budgeting and execution using digital tools.
•Monitor business performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, innovation and business improvement.
•Develop and maintain our social and digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook or webpage.
•Select and negotiate with vendors/advertising companies and to extend our reach to the target audience.
•Monitor the performance of our South East Asia branches, plan and execute marketing activities of each region if required.
Requirements
•At least 3-4 years’ experience in B2C digital marketing experience or strategic planning.
•Experience in partnership marketing, including negotiation and development of partnership proposals
•Marketing communications technique and best practice with proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleAnalytic, etc.
•International working/education experience is a plus
•Proficiency in English is a must. Japanese language skill is an advantage.
