・その他関連業務
• Maximizing of the Food and Beverage departmental profit by executing cost and manpower control of facilities and wastage management
• Maintaining control of the quality of food production in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Creating new dishes, design seasonal and promotional menus of leading market dining trend
• Implementing a high standard of hygiene and safety system in the kitchens
• Establishing and maintaining good employee and inter-departmental working relationships.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Omakaseでの15年以上のキャリアをお持ちの方
・日本食を通して日本の文化を世界に広めたい方
・日本人エグゼクティブシェフのサポートができる方
・A minimum of 15 years' experience in sushi and 1 year experience as Head Chef
・Able to support the Japanese Exective chef
・Sense of responsibility for your role
