Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
-Find new clients interested in Japan real estates.
-Build relationship with existing clients and business partners
-Introduce Japan properties for sale to clients for investment or self-use
-Create materials for sales and documents for deals
-Cowork with Japan team
-Able to perform business trip to Japan, Mainland China or Taiwan as needed
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Degree holder or above
-At least 2 years’ working experience in BtoB sales
-Proactive and customer-oriented
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
-Japanese and Cantonese language skill will be advantage
