Responsibilities
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Development design, requirements definition, system development;
- Prepare project documents;
- Training, motivating and coaching team members.
- Smooth communication between customer, vendor and ISID team.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
Job Requirement
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline. PMP Certified preferred.
- At least 5 years of IT experience.
- BA skills and solid experience in going through the entire SDLC is a must.
- Background in banking and finance field will be an advantage.
- Domain knowledge in development of financial systems is preferrable.
- Articulate, persuasive, good interpersonal skill and service attitude.
- Can work independently, innovative, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Japanese will be added an highly advantage.
- Experience in working for a Japanese company is advantage.
