Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese finance Company is inviting a caliber person to fill the following position :-
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-stop HR service to functional departments
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions with focuses on recruitment, managing personnel issues, staff development, updating personnel data and employee relations.
- Responsible for whole recruitment process including advertisement posting, application screening, initial interview, and job offering
- Organize and conduct staff orientation program
- Compile HR related reports periodically and participate in ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Degree holder on Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Min. 5 years’ relevant work experience; preferably in Japanese company
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation in Hong Kong
- Excellent in interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in presentation, planning and organizing skills
- Proficiency in using MS Applications
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Mandarin, knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
