Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese securities company is seeking for IT Help Desk Support:
Responsibility:
- Support PC hardware and OA applications to users in HK; upgrade end-users’ applications and hardware devices
- Managing infrastructural changes
- Draft documents: user manual, operating procedures. Assist email system migration.
- Support Windows OS, MS-Office Applications & Office 365, Bloomberg, Market data services, Voice and Video conferencing system set-up and troubleshooting
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks & troubleshoot application and networking problems
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years IT help desk experience.
- Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science or any related discipline
- Knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, access, outlook); Adobe; Bloomberg; I-star; Blast
- Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Mature and willing to stay with the company for a long term
