Job Description
• Knowledge in Customer Coordination for inspection.
• Checking for NDT Inspection& report, in process inspection& Report/Final Inspection & Report.
• Calibration plan, schedule and execute the Calibration of equipment as per plan.
• PPAP /SOP.
• Non conformances and taking CA by using 7 QC tools.
• Prepare Limit samples, Defect charts.
• Product, process audit/check sheet audit plan execution.
• CMM Inspection /handling Faro arm.
• ISO 9001:2015 /QMS Knowledge.
• DRAWING & FITMENT Knowledge.
• MIG welding process knowledge.
• Supplier handling Knowledge.
• Knowledge in MS office
