Job Description
- Team Management in the Division:
Provide supervisions and instructions to subordinates and operators
Ensure work quality through performance evaluations
Conduct effective communication with concerned divisions and vendors
- Road Maintenance:
Maintain of forest roads for smooth transportation operations
Provide guideline and road design, and implement the constructions in line with agreed timeline
Ensure effective budget implementation and cost evaluation
- Building and Construction Operation:
Provide construction blueprints and designs to relevant divisions
Monitor the constructing timeline
Analyze safety and regulatory compliance for company construction projects
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree of Civil engineering and/or Construction engineering
- At least 3 years+ experience in Road Maintenance and/or Construction work
- Management experience
- Business level English
- Design of Blueprints skill
- Communication skill
