Job Description
Mission: Lead our Finance, Accounting and Tax operations. - Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and tax compliance. - Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to the organization. - Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS). - Develop and strengthen Iinternal Controls including establishment of necessary SOPs, policies or operational manuals. - Lead tax planning and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to local tax regulations. - Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support business goals. - Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. - Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure organizational compliance. - Collaborate with the parent companies in Japan to manage to manage interplay transactions and consolidations. - Inventory receipt and dispatch management.
Job Requirement
-Business-level English both speaking and writing. -Minimum 5 years experience in auditing work in CPA firm as senior staff/senior auditor or upper position. -Minimum 3 years experience as FAT Manager in operating company -Strong knowledge in reporting standards (IFRS, PSAK) -Strong knowledge and leadership to enhance Internal Control including building necessary SOPs.
