- Establish and implement strategies to ensure compliance. - Review, drafting and supporting negation business agreements. - Monitor and follow up changing regulation. - Manage preparation activities and follow up internal audit. - Manage regular corporate governance training and survey the awareness. - Handle legal dispute, custom litigation, working external consultant to provide resolution. - Manage operation of renewal company business and expatriate license. - Manage operation of building, car and driver management
Job Requirement
・Must have bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law or Private Law ・Must have experience work in Legal and General Affair area min 5 years ・Must have Leadership skills, problem solving and good analytic thinking skills. ・Must have minimum 3 subordinates. ・Must have good English communication skill.
