<Job Responsibilities>
- Do all recruitment of all company personnel, perform recruitment according to company's needs and policy
- Manage employee entry, resignation, regulation, post adjustment and salary adjustment
- Formulate and implement various training and evaluation programs
- Responsible for all compensation and benefit of all employees and the reporting (payroll, social security, etc.)
- Prepare training and development
- Do performance appraisals and employee evaluation
- Handle Industrial Relations for the company
- Manage the HRGA team
- Report to Management and HQ
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum Bachelor degree
・High Conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 1 year as HRGA supervisor, experienced in all HRGA aspects (Compensation Benefit, Administration, GA, Recruitment, IR, etc.), with min. 2 years as HRGA role
・Proficient in the use of excel, word, ppt etc. software
・Smart, good communication skill, good management skill, good people skill, flexible
