<Job Responsibilities> - Market and do sales for real estate including villa and other type of holiday based accommodation - Support the development of sales team and participate in training - Coordinate with clients and do business trip - Develop plan and build sales strategy - Coordinate and liaise with developers - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・College Diploma ・Min. Conversational Mandarin Speaking proficiency and conversational English proficiency ・3 years as Sales experience in property/real estate for holiday accommodation (villa, hotel, etc.) ・Willing to business travel to other cities ・Good communication skill, good business acumen <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Have experience being involved in real estate projects from developing stage
