Job Description
- Conduct outdoor sales by managing customers across various industries
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Travel to conduct in-person meetings with prospective and current clients
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Handle daily sales administrative duties
- Research competitors' offerings, pricing, and market dynamics
- Use strategic negotiation tactics to secure sales with potential and current clients
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Min. diploma degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field
- High conversational English proficiency
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or 3PL logistics companies, with knowledge of the Surabaya market and its customers
- Target-oriented, team player, hard worker
- Possess active SIM A (able to drive manual/automatic cars)
- Willing to work in Surabaya, including Saturdays (2x/month)
