Job Description
- Identify, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases. - Create wireframes, workflows, and user journey maps to visualize processes. - Act as a Product Owner proxy in Agile teams, managing and prioritizing product backlogs. - Define acceptance criteria for features and user stories. - Participate in system testing, UAT, and production deployment validation. - Stay updated on industry trends and Agile best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Job Requirement
・Minimum bachelor’s degree with related background education ・Minimum 5 years experience as a business analyst ・Proven experience working in Agile environments ・Strong understanding of back office systems. ・Basic knowledge of databases and APIs is a plus. ・Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP).
