Sales Administration Staff (20K–30K) (SDG-117349)
<Job responsibilities>
- Assist the Sales team in coordinating the Export of parts to the Head office in Egypt
- Work with suppliers to ensure product specifications align with customers' requirements
- Monitor and track supplier deliveries to ensure on-time shipment and resolve any delays
- Prepare sales quotations monthly in response to exchange rate and market conditions
- Process invoices and purchase orders (PO) while ensuring accurate and timely
documentation for all transactions
- Coordinating shipment arrangements (both sea and air) in line with customer demands
- Verify and process letters of Credit (L/C) to facilitate smooth international transactions
- Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents (B/L, Form CO, etc.)
according to L/C requirements and ensure timely submission to the bank for clearance
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 3-5 years as a Sales Coordinator or import-export staff in the trading field
- Able to read and check Letters of Credit (L/C) and Bills of Loading document (B/L)
- Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table)
- Conversational high level in English
(communicate with international customers and the Egypt Managing Director)
- Have experiece in Export document preparation: PO, PI, Invoice, Packing list, Export Entry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in trading at consumer Electronics manufacturers
- Experience in sourcing

Working Hour: 9:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
