Corporate Planning (Supervisor Level) (35K–44K) (SDG-117241)
<Job responsibilities>
[Planning & Evaluation]
- Development & revision of the annual business plan, Setting overall company policies/targets/key KPIs, Scrutiny of each dept's plan & suggestion for improvements.
- Evaluation of annual business Plan, Analysis of causes of budget deviations & Interviews with each dept. for qualitative information, Reporting to Management team & HR section.
- Development of mid long-term forecast, Clarification of management philosophy & formulate management strategies, - Prior discussion with major shareholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and operational needs.
[Analysis & Decision-making support]
- Analysis of internal environment, Identification & verification of company-wide Management issues, Reporting to Management team & decision-making support.
- Analysis of external environment, Collection & verification of information on competitors/competing crops/sugar-related systems, Reporting to Management & decision-making support.
- Analysis of forecast & actual results (budget control), Interviews & verification of monthly variance factors, Reporting to management team & decision-making support.
[Routine task]
- Holding important meetings*, Preparation of briefing materials & minutes, Prior discussion & reporting with major shareholders. *GM meeting, BODs meeting, COs meeting, and MGRs meeting, etc.
- Preliminary review & revision of application, Follow-up after approval, Consideration of changing processes & items, Prior discussion & Reporting with major shareholders.
- Improvement of company-wide operational efficiency, Formulation & Follow-up of company overall schedule, Strengthening of information sharing, communication, and collaboration among depts.
[Special mission] Case by case
- Practical Support for business Improvement & reform in production and *other depts.
*Purchase & Store section (ordering & inventory control), Accounting section (fixed asset management), HR &Admin. dept. etc.
- Promoting localization, reform & restructuring of the company organization, Hiring/promotion/development of Management team.
- Consideration of alliances with local partners.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent level in any fields
- 3 years work experience in cooperate planning, Organization Development
- Experience in Setting up and developing KPIs for various teams within the company, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and performance targets
- 2-3 years work experience in Japanese or MNC companies
- Conversational High or Business in English (Use for report & speaking)
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint. Excel)
- Business trip to factory 3-4 times/month (Udon Thani Factory)
- Communicate smoothly with different types of people
- Able to think & Act independently
- Strong interest in business Management & operational improvements.

- If can speak Japanese, it will be given special consideration
