Financial & Accounting Manager (50K–85K) (SDG-63940) ผู้จัดการบัญชีและการเงิน <Job Responsibilities> - Preparing for monthly and yearly closing account (around 300-400 transection) - Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles - Maintain proper financial controls which includes among others, reconciliations with proper audit trail. - Supervise the accounting / financial officer team of 5 member. - Manage the relationship with banks, local tax authorities, auditors and government agencies. - Coordinate and complete annual audits - Analyse current financial performance, credit of client - Responsible for financial risk management - Report both account and financial situation with Headquarter (Oversea) - Other task as assign by JP management <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 40- 45 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 5 years experience as Financial & Accounting in Management (Manager level) - Should have more than 3 subordinates - Have CPD license - Have experience in Trading, Retails, Distributor Firm - Good command in English Communication - Good command in MS Excel, Accounting software <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Food industry - Good command in MS Excel, and ERP system such as SAP/ Oracle Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: AMRT Lumpini, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:45-18:00 (Mon- Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–85,000THB About the company Product & Service: We are now one of the leading food distributors in Thailand, not only Japanese related foods but also a wide varieties of quality foods for more than 500 customers including export Business Type: General Trading Company;Food / Beverages

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการเงินและบัญชี (50K–85K) (SDG-63940) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - เตรียมปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปี (ประมาณ 300-400 รายการ) - ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางบัญชีและจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินหรืองบการเงิน - กำหนดและบังคับใช้วิธีการ นโยบาย และหลักการบัญชีที่เหมาะสม - รักษาการควบคุมทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมซึ่งรวมถึงการกระทบยอดด้วยหลักฐานการตรวจสอบที่เหมาะสม - ดูแลทีมงานฝ่ายบัญชี/การเงิน จำนวน 5 คน - จัดการความสัมพันธ์กับธนาคาร หน่วยงานภาษีท้องถิ่น ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี และหน่วยงานราชการ - ประสานงานและดำเนินการตรวจสอบประจำปีให้เสร็จสิ้น - วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพทางการเงินในปัจจุบัน เครดิตของลูกค้า - รับผิดชอบการบริหารความเสี่ยงทางการเงิน - รายงานทั้งบัญชีและสถานะทางการเงินกับสำนักงานใหญ่ (ต่างประเทศ) - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก JP Management <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 40- 45 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ด้านการเงินและบัญชี ด้านการจัดการ (ระดับผู้จัดการ) - ควรมีลูกน้องมากกว่า 3 คน - มีใบอนุญาต CPD - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการค้า ค้าปลีก ตัวแทนจำหน่าย - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี - สามารถใช้ MS Excel, โปรแกรมบัญชีได้ดี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร - สามารถใช้ MS Excel และระบบ ERP ได้ดี เช่น SAP/ Oracle ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : อมร. ลุมพินี กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8:45-18:00 น.
