Legal Officer (Medical Equipment) (25K–45K) (SDG-114528) <Job responsibilities> - Understand and apply domestic general law and regulations to daily operations from legal perspective to prevent unintentional law violation in advance - Review commercial contracts - Respond lawsuits - Provide strategic legal advice to othe departments to mitigate and control the potential business risk - Responsible for potential dispute resolution e.g. labour Issue, consumer claims - Manage corporate issues (BOD, shareholders, registration, and other related matters) - Manage BOI issues (application for new project, regular report etc) - Build relationship with related External organization e.g., consumer Protection Board (for consumer claims), BOI, law firm etc - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Having working experience around 2-3 years as legal officer - Conversational Middle level of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in legal field - Having enough working Experience of disputing resolution, Communication with government organization as legal officer - Having working Experience in Medical equipment or medicine industries. - Business level of English Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Sena, Ayutthaya Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Saturday's working follow company calendar) About the Benefits 25,000–45,000THB About the company Product & Service: Medical instruments, Hospital Products, and equipment Business Type: Medical Equipment;
