Mold engineer section chief (Metal) (40K–60K) (SDG-117971) <Job responsibilities> ‐ Mold Design: Design of press and die-cast molds, creating drawings using CAD software - Manufacturing process management: progress management of mold Manufacturing processes, including CNC and electrical discharge machining - Quality control: Dimension inspection, defect countermeasures, and quality checks in accordance with ISO standards - Maintenance: mold Maintenance and repair, anomaly diagnosis, and troubleshooting - Cost & Process Improvement: VA/VE activities, lead time reduction, and cost-saving proposals - Team Collaboration: coordinating with the production site, design team, and customers to ensure smooth production - Manage and mentor subordinates - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field -At least 5 years of experience in metalworking mold design and process management. - At least 2 years of management experience. - Strong Background in using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar) for mold design and creation of technical drawings. - Conversational Middle level of English for documents and emails <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Extensive experience in mass production and efficiency improvement (producing as many products as possible in the same amount of time) are highly welcomed Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Mueang, Samut Sakhon Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday and every other Saturday**Depends on the company calendar ) About the Benefits 40,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: Precision metal fabrication company Business Type: Home Electronics / Audio-Visual Equipment / Communication Equipment;
