Why you chose to join RGF?

It was almost 3 years ago when I joined RGF Thailand. Previously, I used to work as a Training Sales, and that was when I realized that I worked well with the target. Therefore, I was looking for the next career opportunity that result and performance is highly valued. Actually, I demonstrated that I’m result-oriented person, and showed passion to do anything to achieve my goals during the interview with RGF.  I felt the culture fit with the RGF and accepted the offer to be a part of RGF Thailand.

What is your job responsibility and mission?

My current responsibility is something to influence diversified people at various seniority and career stages. We seek out each company that needs a recruitment agency to meet their hiring goals and to meet the future employees who contribute to company growth. We listen to their pain points as much as we can so that we can find the appropriate potential candidate pool for them. In addition to we follow through to be partner during the entire hiring process together, we follow up closely to end in success and ensure satisfaction from both clients and candidates.

Do you have any story that you feel rewarded in working experience at RGF?

On the very first day, everything was new to me. There were tons of information for me to learn. RGF was very supportive at that time. My boss and colleagues worked closely together until I was independent enough to work on my own. However, the road to becoming successful in my career was never easy. There were obstacles along the way, from uncertainty from internal and external aspects, and then now under the COVID-19 pandemic that everything seems to be insecure, which makes the recruitment more difficult. RGF tried to find a way to support me. My manager asked me for an idea, and then gave me a space for my trial-and-error moments, until I could find the right path and became successful in my field. It was a reward for me to get an opportunity to work with RGF Thailand where I can utilize my full capability to grow stronger and faster here.

What is the attractive point to work in RGF? And please share your personal goal in RGF.  

I need to admit that working experiences at RGF Thailand, even only for 3 years, have given me much more than I imagined when joining. I have been able to develop myself such as communication and negotiation skills. Not limited to these sales tactics, I’ve been able to cultivate multi-tasking and prioritization skills. However, it is still a long way for me to learn more in this field. I feel like working at RGF is never ending journey, and everyday there are new findings to improve myself.

Last but not least, I can say that RGF gives the opportunity to work as they promised in their mission and vision. RGF was able to see my future potential and has provided opportunities for me to grow up together, and I’m grateful for that. Importantly, I must say that our colleagues have a huge positive impact on empowering and motivating me. Teamwork and great colleagues who try to get through everything and succeed together give me so much energy to work and stay longer and longer with RGF Thailand.
