Why you chose to join RGF? 

Previously, I worked in a customer service role  and I found that I personally love working and communicating with people. At the same time, I would like to gain more skills and challenge myself in a Sales role. As in a Sales role, we always face pressure from having to meet targets and KPIs. However, I believe that this type of pressure challenges me I want to overcome it. RGF Thailand saw my potential and gave me that opportunity, it was such a good offer and I immediately accepted it.

At RGF Thailand, I am able to use my customer service experience that I have obtained in my previous company, at the same time gain knowledge about the HR function and pick up Sales related skills. This position is a great match to my career aspiration and my personality.

 What is your job responsibility and mission? 

My current responsibility is to provide opportunities to both clients and candidates. I mainly focus on finding the appropriate potential candidate to clients by sourcing, and interviewing candidates to analyse their skills, experience and personalities. And finally, follow up closely with them after a successful match  to ensure satisfaction from both clients and candidates.


Do you have an experience to share on how you feel rewarded working at RGF?

In my current role, I am glad when I can achieve my Sales target, and besides my sales achievement, I happy when I am able to help my candidates who are unemployed or who are seeking new opportunities get their ideal  job.

What could be better than helping people to find a role they are passionate about. This position also allows me to influence different people. RGF Thailand provides me the opportunity to work as they promised in their mission and vision.

 What is the attractive point to work in RGF? And please share your personal goal in RGF. 

After joining RGF Thailand for 3 years, it has given me much more than I can ever imagined. I love that I am able to develop myself, as we work as professional Career Advisor it made me to be more proactive person, improve myself, especially my interpersonal skills such as in negotiation prioritization Sales presentation leadership.

Whenever I interview candidates in different positions, I am able to understand more about the job function, and able to see a bigger view of the business and market situation.

Moreover, I love to work in a multicultural environment, as there are lots of cross-cultural exchanges between the Thai and Japanese culture. The working environment is the most attractive point for me as well as everyone in RGF Thailand are not only friendly but high achievers as well. I also feel comfortable in this environment to discuss and share my views.
