【Lawful basis for data processing】

We may use your personal data for the purposes described in “How We User Your Personal Data” in the Global Privacy Policy. Note that the purposes are mainly for us to be able to conduct recruitment activities about you, which is done under the contractual performance basis, or to pursue our legitimate interest, or to protect our legal rights. Activities that we may do to pursue our legitimate interest may include activities such as, sending you news about employment opportunities or our marketing events, or improving our recruitment systems etc. Please note that in some activities, more than one basis may be applicable.

For all collection, use, or sharing/transfer of your personal data as mentioned in the privacy policy, the basis for such collection, use, or sharing/transfer will be to be able to process our employment decisions, which is a necessary step for entering into contract with you. Additionally, the basis for other processing activities are to pursue our legitimate interest or to protect our legal rights.

For the purpose of specific collection, use, and transfer of your sensitive data, such as health information, etc., we must obtain specific consent from you prior to any such collection, use, or transfer.

【How long will your Personal Data be held?】

We will also retain your personal data only for so long as it is necessary to meet our legal obligations or when there is a legitimate interest to do so. In general, the maximum period for keeping your data is 10 years after termination of your employment. We, however, store your personal data longer than that if required by law or if we have legitimate reason to do so. As for candidates who we come to the conclusion not to hire, we will retain your data for three years after the date the decision about your rejection is made. This is so that we can contact you if a new job positions suitable for you becomes available within said period (subject only to our internal policies on data retention, or applicable laws and regulations). In this regard, if you want us to not retain your data after your rejection, please contact us as stated below.

【Your other rights】

The right to access to your data including know the source or channel of our collection of your data.
The right to request us to make usable copies and to request transfer of your data.
The right to request rectification of your data.
The right to request erasure of your data, subject to the relevant exceptions under the laws.
The right to object to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data.
The right to request the restriction (suspension) of processing of your data.
The right to lodge a formal complaint with the relevant authority in the event that your complaint and/or dispute with Recruit is not properly and timely resolved.

【ฐานทางกฎหมายสำหรับการประมวลผลข้อมูล】

บริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่ระบุไว้ในหัวข้อ “บริษัทใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างไร” ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวทั่วโลก โปรดทราบว่าวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการนี้ คือ เพื่อให้บริษัทสามารถดำเนินกิจกรรมการสรรหาพนักงานที่เกี่ยวกับท่านได้ ซึ่งเป็นการดำเนินการบนพื้นฐานการปฏิบัติตามสัญญา หรือดำเนินการเพื่อผลประโยชน์อันชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัท หรือเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิตามกฎหมายของบริษัท โดยกิจกรรมที่บริษัทอาจกระทำเพื่อผลประโยชน์อันชอบธรรมอาจรวมถึงกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เช่น ส่งข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับโอกาสในการจ้างงานหรือกิจกรรมด้านการตลาดของบริษัท หรือปรับปรุงพัฒนาระบบการสรรหาพนักงานของบริษัท ฯลฯ ทั้งนี้ โปรดทราบว่าบริษัทอาจนำฐานการประมวลมากกว่าหนึ่งฐานมาใช้กับกิจกรรมในบางรายการ

ในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือแบ่งปัน/โอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามที่กล่าวถึงในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนั้น ฐานสำหรับการดำเนินการต่าง ๆ ดังกล่าว คือ เพื่อให้สามารถประมวลผลการพิจารณาการจ้างงานของบริษัทได้ ซึ่งเป็นขั้นตอนที่จำเป็นสำหรับการที่บริษัทจะเข้าทำสัญญากับท่าน นอกจากนี้ ฐานสำหรับกิจกรรมการประมวลผลอื่น ๆ คือ ดำเนินการเพื่อผลประโยชน์อันชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัท หรือเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิตามกฎหมายของบริษัท

เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และโอนข้อมูลอ่อนไหว เช่น ข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพของท่าน ฯลฯ บริษัทต้องได้รับความยินยอมเป็นการเฉพาะจากท่านก่อนที่จะทำการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ หรือโอนการใด ๆ ดังกล่าว

【บริษัทจะคงข้อมูลของท่านไว้นานเพียงใด】

บริษัทจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพียงเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายของบริษัท หรือเมื่อมีประโยชน์อันชอบด้วยกฎหมายในการกระทำดังกล่าว โดยทั่วไปแล้ว ระยะเวลาสูงสุดสำหรับการเก็บข้อมูลของท่านไว้คือ 10 ปี นับแต่สิ้นสุดการจ้างงานของท่าน อย่างไรก็ตาม บริษัทอาจจัดเก็บรักษาข้อมูลของท่านไว้นานกว่านั้น ในกรณีที่มีข้อกำหนดตามกฎหมาย หรือบริษัทมีเหตุผลอันชอบด้วยกฎหมายในการดำเนินการดังกล่าว สำหรับผู้สมัครที่บริษัทได้พิจารณาแล้วว่าจะไม่ตกลงจ้าง บริษัทจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลของท่านไว้เป็นเวลา 3 หลังจากวันที่ได้ตัดสินใจปฏิเสธการว่าจ้างท่าน การดำเนินการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้บริษัทสามารถติดต่อท่านได้หากบริษัทมีตำแหน่งงานที่เหมาะสมกับท่านภายในระยะเวลาดังกล่าว (ทั้งนี้ โดยเป็นไปตามนโยบายภายในเกี่ยวกับการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล หรือกฎหมายและกฎเกณฑ์ที่ใช้บังคับ) ทั้งนี้ หากท่านประสงค์ให้บริษัทไม่จัดเก็บข้อมูลของท่านภายหลังการปฏิเสธการจ้างท่าน โปรดติดต่อบริษัทตามที่ระบุข้างท้ายนี้

【สิทธิอื่น ๆ ของท่าน】

สิทธิในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลของท่าน รวมถึงการทราบถึงแหล่ง หรือช่องทางการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของท่าน
สิทธิในการขอให้บริษัททำสำเนาข้อมูลที่ใช้งานได้ และขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูลของท่าน
สิทธิในการแก้ไขข้อมูลของท่าน
สิทธิในการขอให้ลบข้อมูลของท่าน ทั้งนี้ภายใต้บังคับ และข้อยกเว้นที่เกี่ยวข้องตามกฎหมาย
สิทธิในการคัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่าน
สิทธิในการขอให้จำกัด (ระงับ) การประมวลผลข้อมูลของท่าน
สิทธิในการยื่นข้อร้องเรียนอย่างเป็นทางการต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องในกรณีที่ข้อร้องเรียน และ/หรือข้อพิพาทของท่านกับรีครูทไม่ได้รับการแก้ไขอย่างถูกต้องและภายในเวลาอันสมควร
