Production Control Leader

หัวหน้าฝ่ายควบคุมการผลิต
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Planning and develop working processes in production line.
• Control manpower, analyze and evaluate production staff's working performance.
• Monitor all process flow to ensure that the process are in control.
• Identify and solve problem.
• Take care about 5S.
• Other tasked as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-38 years
• Female preferred
• Colleague diploma in electronics or related field
• Have experience at least 3 years about production control in electronic manufacturing industry
• Have working experience about PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)
• Have management experience at least 1 year about production control in electronic manufacturing industry (Have subordinate)
• Able to work day shift and night shift (2 weeks day shift and 2 weeks night shift)
• Basic level of English ( Be able to reading and writing )
• Able to use Microsoft Office program
• Have knowledge about 5S.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•วางแผนและพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานในสายการผลิต
•ควบคุมกำลังคนวิเคราะห์และประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต
•ตรวจสอบการไหลของกระบวนการทั้งหมดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการอยู่ในการควบคุม
•ระบุและแก้ไขปัญหา
•ดูแล 5 ส.
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-38 ปี
•ผู้หญิงที่ต้องการ
•ประกาศนียบัตรเพื่อนร่วมงานในสาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปีเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
•สามารถทำงานกะกลางวันและกะกลางคืนได้ (กะวัน 2 สัปดาห์และกะกลางคืน 2 สัปดาห์)
•ระดับพื้นฐานของภาษาอังกฤษ (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
•สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ 5 ส.
