QA Supervisor
(30K – 40K) (SDG- 56691)
หัวหน้างานฝ่ายการประกันคุณภาพ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establish action plan for improve product quality
• Support new program development process, Product inspection and Customer approval.
• Support operation group for smooth operation.
• Planning for development potential of subordinate.
• Drive and Support team for strengthen problem resolution in case of quality problem issue.
• Analysis cause of problem to operation and follow up to improvement and preventive action.
• Other task might be assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-35 years
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
• Have experience at least 4 years about QA, QC in Electronic industry
• Have management experience at least 2 years in Electronic industry (Have subordinate)
• Have working experience about PCBA
• Basic level of English (Be able to read and write)
Languages skills
• English : Basic
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: Every other Saturday >)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
•สนับสนุนกระบวนการพัฒนาโปรแกรมใหม่การตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์และการอนุมัติของลูกค้า
•สนับสนุนกลุ่มปฏิบัติการเพื่อการทำงานที่ราบรื่น
•การวางแผนพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•ขับเคลื่อนและทีมสนับสนุนเพื่อเสริมสร้างการแก้ไขปัญหาในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
•วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาในการดำเนินการและติดตามการปรับปรุงและการดำเนินการป้องกัน
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-35 ปี
•สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 4 ปีเกี่ยวกับ QA, QC ในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
•มีประสบการณ์การบริหารงานในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ PCBA
•ระดับพื้นฐานของภาษาอังกฤษ (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
