<Number of employees : Total : around 5,000 employees (10 Japanese, Singaporean, Malaysian, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Australian etc) > <Report Line : R&D Manager, GM (TH and JP) and Director> <Team Member : TBA> <Number of Subordinates: TBA> <Products : AIR CONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION > <Clients : Industry, home, residence, mall, restaurant, company etc. > <Saturday Working : None > <Position Objective/Expectation > - Responsible for overall R&D process (Remote controller and Central controller product development) <Job Responsibilities> ・Leading and manage the new “Remote controller and Central controller development team” that is the new team under Product R&D division ・Operate the development projects for “Remote controller and Central controller” products that use to control air-conditioner products. Development details are PCB hardware design, Software development, Plastic part and controller structure design, as well as final product system testing of “Remote controller and Central controller” products. ・Cooperate with remote controller supplier for development of the new models (in case of purchasing remote controllers) ・Make and control roadmap of current and new remote controller and central controller that will be used with all air-conditioner products line up
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering. ・At least 8 years’ experience in the field of Remote controller or Central controller product development. (especially controller products for air-conditioner) ・Has good knowledge in PCB design, Software development, Communication protocol, Plastic and controller structure design ・At least 5 years’ management experience ・Good communication and presentation skill. ・Advance conversation middle level in English. ・Good computer proficiency. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in Air-Conditioners is an advantage. ・TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage
