Warehouse Senior Supervisor (FREE ZONE) (40K – 55K) (SDG-110643) หัวหน้างานอาวุโสฝ่ายคลังสินค้า (เขตปลอดอากร) Duties & Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate warehouses activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping products to meet customer requirements. • Ensure that all warehouse activities are shared out of compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. • Monitor the performance of warehouse staff and advance regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to sensitivity optimization and awareness to quality standards. • Implement and maintain warehouses productivity and quality standards, as well as performance metrics and KPIs. • Manage and oversee the physical layout of the space and effectiveness flow of goods. • Coordinate with other departments to measure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery. • Analysis to develop ways of working. Reduce risks. Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 39-45 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 5 years’ experience of "FREE ZONE" warehouse management in logistics company or manufacturing company • Conversational middle to high level of English • At least 3 years’ experience of Assistant Manager level (Have subordinate) • Can commute by yourself • Strong experience for FREE ZONE management and improve operation is preferable. • Having knowledge of ISO14000, ISO9000 is preferable. • Working in Japanese company is preferable.
