<Job Responsibilities> Be responsible for managing the facilities (hot spring, pool, spa). Each facility department has a person in charge. Main duties include staff management, training, dissemination of manuals, shift creation, and recruitment, etc. You will also be responsible for the following tasks: ・Responding when trouble occurs at the hotel ・Emergency response and contractor support when equipment trouble occurs ・Building relationships with management companies and operators ・Creating tasks for hotel and operations management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30 - 45 years old ・Language: English - Business level ・Experience: More than 3 years of management experience and 5 years of experience in facility (Complexes, hotels, etc.) management (Negotiating with owners, writing reports, operating the business, and training staff). <Preferable skill / Experience> ・Experience managing hot springs, swimming pools, and spa facilities ・Technical knowledge of equipment. ・Can communicate in Japanese at the Business level
