<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities and evaluate customer requirements
- Have extensive business relationships in the construction field with the Architect Companies, Consultant companies, Main contractors, having relationships with the owner is an advantage.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and be open-minded to their inquiries and procedures
- Manage the work of Sales staff and Installation staff.
- Be responsible for the operation of the HCM Sales & Project Management Dept and be responsible for the results of the department
- Execute strategic planning, management, and direction for achievement business plans based on the policy and strategy of the company, and the maximum of results as the chief executive of the department
- Cooperate, control and negotiate with other departments
- Teach, train, and give know-how to their subordinates
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Engineering is required.
・Language: English - Business Level, knowledge of Japanese is a plus
・Experience: At least 5-year experience as a Sales General Manager or higher role in construction field.
・Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
・Passion for sales / a team player.
・Ability to work under high pressure, independent and have the initiative to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
・The ability to deliver top-notch presentations.
・Good skills in MS Office.
