Job Description

<Detail>
- Check timesheet and calculation salary.
- Register Social insurance for all employees (in/out/ change salary/ sick leave)
- Establish, improve, and adjust the company's organizational structure
-Set goals for positions in the Human Resources Department, train and mentor staff to achieve those goals and evaluate the achievement of those goals.
- Build and coordinate hiring policies, training processes, procedures, and templates
- Build and coordinate human resource plans, capacity-building programs, and projects
- Establish salary structure, benefits policies, and annual salary budgets
- Coordinate the internal work rules, disciplinary procedures, collective bargaining agreements with labor unions, etc.
- Establish and develop annual KPI targets in coordination with each department and section
- Review, propose adjustments, and apply evaluation system
- Separate tasks assigned by HR/GA manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: over 40 age
・Gender: Females preferred
・ Bachelor's degree
・English skill: Business Level(for internal use)

・Experience: 
   - More than 5 years in Human Resources, including work related to "payroll" and "social insurance" in a company with many workers and other employees.
   - Experience in management with subordinates
   - Who can work flexibly, understanding factory work

- Working experience in the manufacturing industry
