Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing HR team:
+	Ensuring the management and operation of the HR team
- Human resource management
+	Recruiting and arranging office and production personnel according to the requirements of the General Director and related departments
+	Training and giving orientation to new employees
+	Implementing internal and mandatory training programs according to regulations and labor law
+	Monitoring, drafting, and managing labor contracts
+	Implementing the process of signing contracts, terminating labor contracts, handing over
+	Developing KPIs system, implementing the process of evaluating and rewarding employees 
+	Employee profile and documents management
- Management of C&B
+	Implementing and supervising the work of attendance management, salary calculation, social insurance, personal income tax
- Communicating and working with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, etc
- Advising and proposing to the director board on issues in the field of human resources such as organizational structure, training and recruitment, salary and bonus plans, welfare regimes for employees, regulations of labor law, handling situations occurring in production labor, issues between the company and employees or between employees, etc. 
- Communication work:
+	Planning, reporting, and implementing company events
+	Transmitting documents, announcements, and policies from the company's management to employees
- Other tasks assigned by the director or from regional headquarters HR.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in HR Management is preferable
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: 
+ At least 5 years of working experience in HR Management in the production field
+ Have a strong network and can deal with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, etc.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have HR experience in Korean manufacturing companies is preferable
- Have HR experience in steel industry is preferable
