Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage project progress and co-ordination for smooth project implementation - Handle and deliver project documents, project reports and progress schedules - Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties in the delivery of quality project - Analyze business processes and data to determine areas for improvement - Participate in planning sessions along with other members to set goals for improvement initiatives - Prepare and update SOPs and user manuals - Create flowcharts and diagrams of processes - Prepare introductory or training materials for employees to learn about new processes or procedures - Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Graduated from Foreign Trade University ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30 - 45 years old ・Language: Japanese (JLPT N1) and English at Business Level ・Experience: Have at least 8 years of relevant experience in project management and business process re-engineering. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills - Well organized, systematic, Strong analytical mind and self-motivated - Strong MS Excel skills, data processing skills, Microsoft 365. - Willing to go on business frequently <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Proven working experience in project management. Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification is an advantage. - Good programming skills such as VBA, Python will be an advantage - Can speak Chinese
