Job Description
<Job Responsibilities & Background> The company develops and sell systems for production and business management for Japanese manufacturing companies. The Development Team's base is in Ho Chi Minh City, and the Hanoi office is mainly responsible for sales, system implementation, and maintenance. The position will work with superiors and the Development team in Ho Chi Minh City to handle inquiries and troubleshooting after the system is implemented. After joining the company, the position will have training in Ho Chi Minh City for a few weeks, and receive a lecture on the system from the development team. - Visit customers as a support engineer with sales and senior engineers, and check the operation status - Participate in regular meetings with customers - Respond to inquiries from customers, and share with superiors and the development team in Ho Chi Minh - Find out about system and operation problems, discover causes, and propose solutions - Work/tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age:23 ~ 30 years old ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (Communicate with client) ・Experience: More than 2 years of IT experience as an in-house system engineer, project manager, etc. ・Have basic knowledge of systems and development processes <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in developing web systems ・Manufacturing experience ・Experience working for a Japanese company
