Japanese speaking- PHP development Leader-IT

GENERAL INFORMATION
    Position: PHP Development Leader
    Level: Leader
    Work Location: Hanoi
    Work Time:
-    Monday-Friday (8:30 – 17:30)
    Allowance(s): Commuting fee
    Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review and pay raise once each per year


JOB DUTIES
    Progress of offshore operations from Japan and management of personnel
Main Tasks:
-    Communicating with Japanese via Skype, Chat, email
-    Understand and progress management of the project
-    Manage stuff
-    Offer guidance for Project members
-    Coding using PHP
-    Developing application follow customer’s order
-    Submit report to Japanese Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-    Desirable Background & Experience:
-    Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
-    Language Skills:    Japanese business level (around N2)
             :　English Conversation
-    More than 2 years experienced as a developer


-    Desirable Character:
-    Gender: Any
-    Age: until 35 year old
-    Understand the style of work of Japanese IT companies.
-    Having knowledge of below development language
