Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Developing products for new textures
- Making samples
- Visiting customers with the completed samples
- Supporting sales activities specialized
- Managing factories in both Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang, quality control of dough and crumbs
- Quality monitoring at both Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang factories.
- Keeping in touch with the factory in Thailand (rare)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28-39
・Education: College or higher with a food-related major
・Language: Not required (Interpreter helps)
・Experience: Work at least 3 years in the flour or frozen food or bread industry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree with a food-related major
・Language: Japanese or English Business level
・Experience: R&D experience in the flour, frozen food, or bakery industry
・Knowledge:
- Additives used in bread
- Scientific microorganisms
