Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Business Development
 • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.
 • Monitor market trends and analyze competitors.
 • Identify and attract potential customers with suitable service offerings.
 • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting strategic clients.
 • Develop tailored value propositions for target markets and customer segments.
2. Sales Execution
 • Plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate sales activities, ensuring compliance with contracts.
 • Coordinate with production to allocate orders and meet delivery deadlines.
 • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
 • Conduct business trips and client visits to drive revenue growth.
 • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
3. Data Analysis & Procurement
 • Evaluate sales cycle activities and analyze performance metrics.
 • Forecast customer demand and manage raw material procurement effectively.
 • Monitor inventory levels and propose solutions for long-term stock.
 • Use ERP systems for effective sales tracking.
4. Customer Relationship Management
 • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
 • Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
 • Coordinate with QC to resolve complaints.
 • Identify opportunities for customer development and expansion.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Having 1 to 2 years of trade and sales experience in technical industries
- Language: English or Korean - Business Level
- Skills: 
+ Proficient in identifying potential clients.
+ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having sales experience with Electronics and steel fabrication companies is an advantage
- Prefer CDDs having experience in both domestic and international steel coil centers.
