Education: High school ・Gender: Female prefer ・Age: Any ・Foreign Language: Not required ・Experience: Have at least 2 years experience as a leader in manùacturing ・Have experience in leading worker team ・Have good relationship with the team ・Good knowledge HO-REN-SO ・Can work with late shift-working schedule （it might be a plan in the future) <Preferable> ・Experience in sewing or printing industry ・Have working experience as a trainee in manufacturing
